In Honour of my father and General Overseer "The City Of Power HGMBC Worldwide" Shalom to all Christians in the world more especially to our brothers and sisters in the Middle East under constant threat from Isis, those in East Africa living under the fear of El Shabbat and those in Northern Nigeria whose life are seriously under attack by Boko Haram because of their Faith. We have witness a season when we have been martyred than any season since Christianity came into existence. A lot of statistical data have been reached to give an account of how many of our brothers and sisters have been martyred all over the world and their findings have shown an outrageous number of over a 100,000 of us are martyred each year in the last four years. We as a church must understand that these are the dark times as Jesus told us in matt 24:9 “Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you; and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake”. Based on experience under a dumb leadership; to all Leaders in every sector. Leadership is all about influence and not manipulating people. A leader should influence people to doing the right thing and not manipulating people for their own selfish gratification. Leadership is not about forcing your will on people, it’s about allowing your followers to make their choices while you guide them out of wrong choices and guide them through right choices. A leader who cannot trust those working with him/her over the years, those who have stood the test of time and have had opportunities to leave but still choose to stay is an unfortunate leader and will soon loose his/her followers. A leader that listens to gossip as the bane of information will soon elope like rumours. A leader who is not honest will loose trust from his followers. No matter your good intention for your followers, if you don’t communicate it to them you are perceived as a bad leader. Those who hav
