THE BEAUTY OF SINGLENESS

To be single is to be whole, outstanding, unique, separate and positively different. To be whole you must discover who you are in the context of God’s word. You must learn the art of instant forgiveness, knowing fully well that hatred hurts the hater more than the hated. And of course you must be driven by the passion of wanting to add value to people’s life.

That you are single now does not mean that you are a sub-standard or incomplete being. Being a single is not a curse neither is it a disease. It is a blessing, a plus not a minus, an addition not a subtraction. It is not weird to be single and it is certainly not an evil thing. It is simply a phase of life that hold undeniable benefits for those who utilize it.

Don’t live your single years wondering if God has forgotten you or whether you are under a curse. Life as you know is in phases and singleness is phase that everyone must of necessity pass through in the journey of life. Every stage or phase in life has its inherent benefit, which should be harnessed and singleness is no exception.

Singleness is a phase of life that you must pass through and the faster you are able to maximise the season and pass the examination of that phase of life, the faster you move on to the next phase of your life. It is very important for you to get your bearings right in life, now that you are still single. So rather than whiling away time, or sitting down bemoaning your situation, wishing, desiring and devising means to get out of singleness, you can productively engage this season to deliver all that it holds for you before it’s over.

When reflecting on Obama’s time in the White House, the f...

THE ANGRY FOLLOWER WRITES.....

Based on experience under a dumb leadership; to all Leaders in every sector. Leadership is all about influence and not manipulating people. A leader should influence people to doing the right thing and not manipulating people for their own selfish gratification. Leadership is not about forcing your will on people, it’s about allowing your followers to make their choices while you guide them out of wrong choices and guide them through right choices. A leader who cannot trust those working with him/her over the years, those who have stood the test of time and have had opportunities to leave but still choose to stay is an unfortunate leader and will soon loose his/her followers. A leader that listens to gossip as the bane of information will soon elope like rumours. A leader who is not honest will loose trust from his followers. No matter your good intention for your followers, if you don’t communicate it to them you are perceived as a bad leader. Those who hav...
